Keldurn

Mac browser play

A classic MMORPG on your Mac, without Windows

Keldurn's web client runs inside a compatible browser, so a Mac joins the same persistent realm as Windows, phone and tablet players.

What you need on macOS

Use a current version of Safari, Chrome or Edge. The game runs in the browser on the Mac itself; it is not a video stream from a remote Windows machine.

You do not need Boot Camp, a virtual machine or a compatibility layer, and you do not install the Windows client. That client exists only for players on Windows.

What matters before you start

  • The game runs in the browser on the Mac itself, with no streaming.
  • Keyboard and mouse controls follow the desktop layout of the classic client.
  • The first visit prepares game data; later sessions reuse the browser cache.
  • Mac, Windows, phone and tablet players share one realm and one account system.

A smooth first session on a Mac

For the first load, keep the laptop on power and the tab in the foreground while code and game data are prepared. Low Power Mode and aggressive tab suspension can slow that step down.

If you are unsure whether your browser is compatible, run the browser check in the Keldurn guides before creating an account. It is a quick check, not a guarantee for every configuration.

Trackpad, mouse and displays

A trackpad is enough for questing and travel, while a mouse makes camera control easier in combat and groups. An external display works like any other browser window.

Your characters live on the realm, not on the Mac, so you can continue later from another computer or a phone with the same account.
