Your first session: from sign-up to your first quest
Short answer
Create a free account with email or Google, choose your faction and character, then enter the world from your browser or the Windows client. The first load takes longer than later ones. Once in, accept the quests around your starting area, learn your first abilities from your class trainer and join the Global channel at level 5.

Choose your faction before anything else
Every character on a Keldurn account belongs to the same faction, so decide together with the friends you plan to play with. Groups, guilds and chat are faction-bound; only the Auction House is shared.
Race decides your starting zone. Human, dwarf, gnome and night elf start in Alliance lands; orc, troll, tauren and undead start in Horde lands.
Your first thirty minutes in the world
Talk to every NPC with a yellow exclamation mark near your starting point and accept all their quests at once; most can be completed in the same area. Return to your class trainer every even level to learn new abilities.
Sell the grey items you loot to any vendor. That early money pays for training, which matters more than new gear in the first levels.
- Accept every nearby quest before leaving town.
- Visit your class trainer at levels 2, 4, 6 and onwards.
- Pick two gathering professions early to earn gold while you level.

Do I have to verify my email?
Accounts created with an email address confirm it before playing. Continue with Google skips that step because Google has already verified the address.
How long does the first load take?
It depends on your device and connection. The first visit prepares the game, so it takes longer; later sessions start noticeably faster.
