Can't get into the game? Try these fixes first
Short answer
Most loading problems are solved by updating the browser, closing other heavy tabs, keeping the Keldurn tab in the foreground during the first load and using a stable connection. If a work or school device blocks games, use a personal device. On Windows you can also install the Keldurn client with the same account.

If the loading screen does not finish
The first visit takes the longest because the game gets ready in your browser. Switching to another app or tab can pause it, especially on phones, so stay on the Keldurn tab until you see the character screen.
If progress stops for several minutes, reload the page once. What was already downloaded is usually kept, so the second attempt is faster.
If the browser says it is not compatible
Update the browser and the operating system first. Some older devices and some managed work or school devices do not offer the graphics features the game needs; the browser check in the Keldurn guides tells you quickly.
On Windows, the Keldurn client is an alternative that uses the same account and characters.
- Update the browser and restart it.
- Turn off data-saver or low-power modes during the first load.
- Respect work or school device rules: use a personal device instead.
Questions players ask
Will I lose progress if the page reloads?
No. Characters and progress are stored on the realm, not in the browser tab.
Does clearing the browser cache delete my character?
No. It only means the next load takes longer again while the game gets ready.
