Keep your account safe
Short answer
Use a unique password you do not use anywhere else, or sign in with Google. Never share your account, and ignore anyone offering to buy accounts or sell gold: these are scams and break the rules. Keldurn staff will never ask for your password, and Keldurn never asks for a Battle.net login.

Common scams in chat
Messages that offer money for accounts, cheap gold or free items in exchange for your login are scams. Some ask you to add a stranger on another platform first. Report the message and do not reply.
Accounts that are sold or shared lose their progress when the activity is detected, and the buyer often loses the money too.
If you think someone has your password
Change the password from the account page straight away. If you signed up with Google, secure your Google account first.
Then contact the Keldurn team through the official channels on the website or in the game menu, never through links sent in game.
- Change your password immediately.
- Check that your email address is still yours.
- Report suspicious whispers in game.
Make your account easy to recover
Keep the email address on your account current and make sure you can still open it. A password manager makes a unique, strong password effortless.
If you signed up with Google, turning on two-step verification for your Google account protects your Keldurn account too.
Questions players ask
Is it safe to sign in with Google?
Yes. Keldurn receives only what it needs to create your account; your Google password is never shared with Keldurn.
Can I buy or sell a character?
No. Trading accounts or characters for money breaks the rules, and the accounts involved can be banned.
