SoloCraft: vanilla for players who log in alone

How the AI party works

On a normal vanilla realm a dungeon needs five people and a raid needs forty. SoloCraft fills the missing places with bots you command: a tank, healers and damage dealers that follow you into dungeons and raids.

Battlegrounds use BattleBots, so Warsong Gulch or Alterac Valley start even when few humans are queued. The trade-off is a world that feels emptier than a busy human realm, and bots are no substitute for a guild.

Rates, raids and clients

Experience and profession rates are three times normal, with a slower x1 option for those who want it. All raids are open and attunement quests are removed, so you can try Molten Core or Blackwing Lair without the original chains.

SoloCraft accepts both the original 1.12.1 client and the newer 1.14 Classic Era client.

How to start on SoloCraft

• Create an account on solocraft.org
• Use the 1.12.1 client or the 1.14 Classic Era client, as the site explains
• Pick x3, or the slower x1, when you begin
• Recruit PartyBots for an easy dungeon and learn their commands before any raid

Bots follow simple orders well but need direction in complex fights, so build up gradually.

Compared with Keldurn

Keldurn is a human realm: blizzlike 1.12 at x1 where groups form in chat. If you mostly play at odd hours and want to see every raid on your own, SoloCraft fits better. If you want other players around you and to play from a browser or a phone, try Keldurn.
