Open the shop page and look for items with stats, gold, experience or boosts. Then read the server's rules for what staff can grant.

Grey areas and how to judge them
Some shop items sit between cosmetic and power, such as extra bag space or time-saving services. A useful test is simple: does buying it change who wins a duel, a raid spot or an auction? If not, it is a convenience.
When in doubt, compare with what the same player could earn in a few evenings of play. The smaller the gap, the fairer the shop.
