About Blackwing Lair
Blackwing Lair is Nefarian's laboratory at the top of Blackrock Spire, where the black dragon experiments on chromatic dragons. It arrived in patch 1.6 and is remembered for the suppression room, the corrupted red dragon Vaelastrasz and the final fight in which Nefarian calls on every class.
On Keldurn, Blackwing Lair follows the rules of patch 1.12 with x1 rates, so preparation, consumables and a coordinated raid matter as much as they did then.
