About Gnomeregan
Gnomeregan is the irradiated gnome capital, abandoned after a trogg invasion and a venting of toxic waste that harmed everyone it was meant to save. Its spiral ramps, machinery and leper gnomes make it one of the largest early dungeons, and many groups split it over more than one evening.
On Keldurn, Gnomeregan follows the rules of patch 1.12 with x1 rates, so the run still rewards a balanced group, crowd control and a careful pull.

Tips for a first run
Bring a tank, a healer and three damage dealers, and agree on loot rules before the first pull.
- Leper gnomes and robots come in large packs; area damage and crowd control both matter.
- During the Grubbis event, protect the gnome setting the charges while trogg waves arrive.
- Switch off the bomb machines around Thermaplugg while the fight goes on.
